Q: Can my dog be groomed at Sparkle & Shine?

A: As long as your dog has been appropriately socialized and is accustomed to being handled. Senior animals will be considered on a case by case basis

Q: How long will my dog be at Sparkle & Shine?

A: Plan for about 4 hours. Sometimes it’s less and sometimes it’s more. It all depends on your dog's size and condition, as well as how all the other dogs in the shop are doing on any given day.

Q: Can I stay with my dog while it’s being groomed?

A: Unfortunantly, no. It’s much safer for the dog and groomer if the dog is not distracted while being groomed.

Q: How often should my dog be groomed?

A: It really depends on your dog's hair length and condition. 6-8 weeks is average.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: We book by appointment, typically 3-10 days in advance.  It could take longer for dogs that need special attention. Please call to make an appointment.
